Townsville Aquaholics Masters Swimming Club
Where swimming meets fitness, friendship and a whole lot of fun!
Established on 24 May 2017, Townsville Aquaholics Masters Swimming Club may be relatively young, but we have already made a big splash!
We cater for adult swimmers of all ages and abilities — from those looking to improve their fitness, technique and wellbeing, through to experienced competitive swimmers wanting to take their swimming to the next level.
Our philosophy is simple: train hard, have fun and enjoy the journey! Whether you're chasing a personal best, preparing for your next competition, getting back into the pool after a break, or simply looking for a great bunch of people to swim with, there's a place for you at Aquaholics.
And we're not just about the pool! Our members are also passionate open water swimmers and triathletes, taking on challenges wherever the swimming takes them.
Our swimmers have proudly represented the club at Regional, State, National and World level, achieving numerous medals and personal bests along the way.
But for us, success isn't just measured in medals. It's about setting goals, supporting each other, having a laugh, and celebrating every achievement — big or small.
So whether you're a seasoned Masters swimmer or haven't been in the pool for years, come and join the Aquaholics family.

Masters Swimming is all about Fitness, Friendship and Fun so if you're currently 18 years or older, you are eligible to join our adult swimming community, there is something for every level of swimmer and we would love to meet you.
Club Nights
We run regular Club Nights where we get a chance to race against other like minded swimmers and also choose to invite other Masters Swimming Clubs in our area to join us and to share the love around.
Competitive Meets
We offer an opportunity for our members to compete in Local, Regional, State, National and WORLD Masters Meets. These competitions provide the opportunity to improve personal best times but more importantly to catch up with like minded athletes under the Masters Swimming motto of Fitness, friendship & fun.

About our Home Pool
Our 25m outdoor heated pool is situated at Kirwan Aquatic Centre - 29 Hudson St, Kirwan QLD 4817.
Training Times - We offer a variety of training sessions for all to participate in.
- Tues 5am to 6.30am
- Wed 5am to 6.30am
- Thurs 5am to 6.30am
- Sat 5am to 6.30am
Pricing
- First Session – FOC
- Single Session - $12.00
- 10 Session Pass - $90.00
